We are a small company focused on providing consultant service to private and public entities by organizing a  network of highly experienced and motivated consultants in the area of management development  and specialized at providing managerial services aimed at assist top managers of  private and public  organisations as well as NGOs in finding and promote managerial solutions. We also are developing a wide network of advisers in different areas – legislation, finance, as well as technical experts in environment protection, food-processing, textile, construction, transport, software and hardware, nuclear safety and information security and etc.
We unite consultant with wide experience and expertise in such areas as development and management of investment projects, including those for external financing, development of  long and short term strategies, crisis management, fund raising, development and introduction of management systems under ISO standards.

The core consultants have been  high and medium level  civil servants in different government key institutions for decades. As such they have to participate in development, management and evaluation of different types of projects, investment and technical assistance, supported by different international donors. Most of them have experience as managers of private and public enterprises.

Eng. Alexander Palichev MA, Msc - Company’s manager

Mr. Palichev has more then 36 years of experience in development and managing nation wide programmes and specific projects in the area of preservation  of  historic and cultural monuments, buildings and archaeological areas as head of Department in National Institute on Culture Monuments, Deputy Minister of Culture and  CEO  of  Interrestavratzia Corporation. At these positions he such gained extended experience in project development and management and management in general He recently joint Viva Associates..
He is skilled in Russian and French.
He is 59 years old. Married with two children and two grand children.

Mr. Michail Lazarov MA

Mr. Lazarov for 20 served as government employee at different medium level managerial posts including the post of Councillor at Council of Ministers. After retirement he  has been a deputy director and Executive Director of a private printing enterprise. Since 2005 he joint this company in 2005. Here he has extended experience as consultant on management development and international management standards. Fluent in Russian, Greek and English.
He is 49 years old. Married with one daughter.

Eng. Vladimir Petrov Msc

Mr. Petrov has 26 years of experience at different position of the national civil service. Prior to joint the service he had worked as engineer in the national biggest metallurgical enterprise Kremikovtsi for three years He joint the company in 2005. Since then he gained experience as consultant in development of managerial systems corresponding to ISO Standards.
He can read in Russian and French.
He is 60 years old Married with son.
