PRICES, TERMS and PAYMENT
Company’s price policy is based on the following principles:
- Price is related to the client’s benefits – direct or indirect, form services provided. When services are aimed at client’s fixed financial gains prices are correlated to their dimension. Prices of services, related to project with donors’ support often are determined by donors and our prices should not exceed them.
- Prices are based to actual company’s expenditures. We determine our costs for services provided prior our offer to the respective client.
- Costs for covering our services should not create problems for the respective client. When our expenditures and hour price respectively go beyond client’s benefits we advice not use the service.
Terms of payments include trenches after each project phase in accordance with a payment plan coordinated with the client when indirect benefits are foreseen by the latter. For services aimed at clients direct financial gains a minimal advance payment is due and the rest of the agreed price is due after the service is successfully provided.
